Propre, agréable, très bon services et petits-déjeuners. Nous y sommes allées pour passer notre capes et ça a été un excellent choix. Calme et tranquille, proche de commerces, c'est l'hôtel parfait pour tous ceux qui passeront le capes à Nice ;)

Had a great time in Nice our second visit to this beautiful place. Our room was quiet & comfortable,aircon was a definite bonus & bathroom was a good size. Found all staff very pleasant & helpful especially the man who checked us in who had impeccable english. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable stay - staff pleasant and incredibly helpful at all times. Room and bathroom is the cleanest I have ever seen, and it was a pleasure to watch the lovely cleaner in the lobby on the day we checked out, take such pride in her work.

Will definately stay here again as hotel is handy for both the beach and the train station. Only complaint about the local area is that people really ought to clean up after their pets!!! The sidewalks are covered in dog mess! Yuk.

We found the hotel ideal for our seven day visit to Nice. Our double room was relatively small but clean and comfortable, our daughters twin room was bigger and both rooms represented represented great value for money. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the station. The satff were very helpful and welcoming.

hotel non loin de la gare, la mer et zone piétonne. Pratique, sobre, fiable. Accueillant, fonctionnel. petit déjeuner un peu cher 10 euros par personne.
qualité/ prix convenable. chambres moyennes et un peu petite.Nous y allons avec plaisir car nous aimons beaucoup cette ville. Bus et tram non loin 4 euros la journée ou 1 euro le parcours jusqu'à Cannes ou Saint Jean Cap Ferrat!!

Un personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute de la clientèle.
Les chambres sont un peu petites mais propres, comfortables et calmes.
